Rules needing confirmation

USD tariffs are provisional and require approval against the customer contract before quoting or invoicing.

Manual PO handling: USD 35 covers up to 10 lines; each additional line costs USD 3. EDI POs do not incur manual handling fees.

Inbound handling: USD 25 covers up to 5 lines per PO; each additional line costs USD 3.

Warehouse Out: USD 25 per distinct dispatched PO. This charge is counted once. Its classification as Warehouse Out or combined In/Out requires confirmation.

No separate In/Out tariff is confirmed. Do not add a second USD 25 charge or treat the missing fee as zero without agreement.
